Publish, share and update your tabs

Publish tabs

Publishing your tabs is the first step toward sharing it with others.

  1. At the top of the screen, click Publish.

  2. Then, in the pop-up, confirm by clicking the Publish button.

Share or embed tabs

You’ve just published your tabs, but it’s not visible on the web yet. To make it accessible, you need to share or embed it.

Sharing the tabs

  1. At the top of the screen, click Publish.

  2. To share a direct link to your tabs, click Copy Link (or select and copy the link from the field) and paste it into an email or message.

  3. To share your tabs on social media, click the icon of the network you want to post it to.

Embedding the tabs

  1. At the top of the screen, click Publish.

  2. Click the iFrame or SPA Parcel tab.

  3. Click Copy Embed Code.

  4. Paste the link into your blog or website.

Update tabs

You can update the content of your tabs, without affecting the embedded version of your tabs. All the changes will be visible only to you, and when you decide to allow your audiences to view the latest version of the tabs, you’ll need to republish it.

The icon on the right side indicates that your tabs has unpublished changes. This helps you keep track of all tabs with updates that are not yet visible to your audience.

For your audience to see the latest version of your tabs, follow these steps:

  1. At the top of the screen, click Publish.

  2. To confirm that you want to update the live version of your tabs, click the Republish button.

Once you republish the tabs, all changes will be visible to your audience, and you won’t need to send or embed a new link.
