Animation

Incorporating animation into your charts can make them more engaging and dynamic. Animation helps highlight key aspects of your data and allows the audience to understand trends and patterns more clearly by displaying the data at a controlled pace.

1. In the chart panel, click Animation to expand the section.

2. Check the box next to Enable Play Animation.

3. Set the animation speed by adding Duration in milliseconds (ms).

Animation speed should be balanced—not so slow that it bores your audience, and not so fast that it’s hard to follow. The ideal speed is between 200 and 500 ms.

Animation will automatically start when the chart loads. You can replay it anytime by clicking the play icon [icon] at the top of the chart.
