Switch to JSON editor

Opening the map in a JSON editor translates it to the JSON format and allows adding additional features using the current map schema.

Switch to the JSON editor at the very beginning of creating the map

  1. At the first step of creating a map, selecting the basemap, in the top right corner click Switch to JSON editor button.

  2. After you have read the warning and if you are sure that you want to switch to JSON editor, click the Confirm button in the pop-up window.

    This is an irreversible action for this map! Once you switch to JSON Editor, you won’t be able to switch back to the current interface.

Switch to the JSON editor from the map Wizard

  1. Open the map you want to switch to JSON Editor.

  2. Click the Switch to JSON editor icon at the top of the screen.

  3. After you have read the warning and if you are sure that you want to switch to JSON editor, click the Confirm in the pop-up window.

    This is an irreversible action for this map! Once you switch to JSON Editor, you won’t be able to switch back to the current interface.
